My Life in Grand Bahama is more than just a platform; it is a promise to connect people with the beauty and opportunities of Grand Bahama Island.
We are dedicated to nurturing relationships between investors, residents, and the stunning environment through our unique offerings in property, hospitality, and travel.
I’m Pamela — Venezuelan-born, island-raised, globally grounded, and proudly trilingual (Spanish, English, and German).
In our family, Spanish is for breakfast, English by lunch, and German when things get intense (or we need to sound extra efficient). We switch languages like outfits and stir them like our coffee — strong, smooth, and occasionally a little wild. Try to guess which language we’re speaking at any given moment — chances are, it’s all three mashed into one sentence (good luck keeping up!).
That multicultural rhythm shapes how we live, raise our kids, and build everything we do.
My Life in Grand Bahama is my personal space to share that rhythm — the beauty of everyday island life, the barefoot freedom we’ve found as a family, and the unique lifestyle this island offers.
One of my biggest dreams? To create a boutique hotel in Grand Bahama with both dockside serenity and beachfront bliss — a space where health, wealth, lifestyle, and community come together in a truly inspiring setting.
But it’s not just about sunshine and sea breezes (though there’s plenty of that). It’s also about purpose, passion, and building a future that blends lifestyle and smart investment that brings you to a passive income through real estate.
Through CPH Investment Group, we co-develop hospitality, real estate, and marina projects. And through CARE – Christoph Albeck Real Estate, we help others turn dreams into plans — whether through passive income, relocation, or residency-by-investment.
Whether you’re here to slow down, invest, start fresh, or simply get inspired — I’m here to help you feel right at home.
My story begins in Venezuela, where I was born to a German father and a Venezuelan mother. Though I grew up in Caracas, my heart was always by the sea — especially in Margarita Island, where I spent every holiday barefoot and sun-kissed. After earning my degree in Business Administration for Tourism and Hotel Management, I made that island my home.
In 2005, a scholarship brought me to Mallorca for an MBA in Marketing for Service Enterprises — and what started as a short adventure turned into nearly two decades of life, love, and building. I worked in hospitality, discovered a love for real estate, met Christoph (yes, another island story), and together we developed over 100 homes and boutique projects rooted in beauty, comfort, and connection.
We moved from Margarita to Mallorca, then to Punta Cana, then back to Mallorca — and in 2020, during the quiet of the pandemic, Christoph stumbled across Grand Bahama on Google Earth. He visited, fell in love, and brought the rest of us back in 2021. A year later, we moved for good and made it our Home.
Grand Bahama gave me everything I had been searching for — space to breathe, a sense of belonging, a real community, and the outdoor, screen-free life I dreamed of for my children and much more.
My Life in Grand Bahama was born from that sense of gratitude — to share this lifestyle, open the door to others, and show how investing here can mean more than returns — it can mean freedom.
I believe in heart-led business, warm welcomes, and making people feel at home. Whether you're looking to invest, relocate, or simply explore the possibilities, I'm here to help — in English, Spanish, or German you choose.
